i recently purchased a new camera so i decided to just capture a few shots of my day today. nothing totally interesting, just for fun!
I’m finishing up a wedding this next week so hopefully I’ll be able to post some images soon. wedding season started so i’m going to be nice and busy for a while!

breakfast after our guys group from church at capitol bistro!

working at the church…

headed to lunch!

went to nate’s house for lunch…

(working makes you thirsty)

wife and i went to za za’s for dinner with some friends…

we decided to walk around kavanaugh after dinner…

then my wife attacked me (accidentally so she says) with her wedding ring and gashed my forehead! (gash = look really close you can sort of see it)
We had a great turnout for our first art show at Epoch! This has been a dream of ours since we first began, so to be able to have a place where we could actually put up art work was a blessing.
Our goal for our first show was to have 30 different pieces of art work. We ended up with 31! The Lord brought some incredible talented people into the show and we’ve had a great response. Most of the artists really believe we could fill the whole room the next time we do something like this, so we’re really excited about the potential. It also helps to have an art gallery just two doors down, so people who visit there just stop on by ours as well.
We’ve already starting talking about the next one and even threw around the idea of having an all photography gallery! We’ve made some connections with people and they really feel that it would be a huge success…so I’ll keep everyone posted.
The best part about all of this is the conversations we’ve been able to have with believers and non-believers. Art is a gift from God, so to be able to use that gift for Him has to be the biggest reward from all of this.
We’re keeping the art work up for Easter too! We’re pretty excited about that…so if you want you can still come by and check it out on Easter night at 6pm!
Keep praying…the Lord is up to something around here…
